Thank you for your interest in CompetentSee, LLC, doing business as DecodingDoc (CompetentSee, we, us, our). These Terms and this Privacy Statement explain your rights and responsibilities when using our websites, educational materials, training modules, coding tools, and assessments (the Platforms). By using the Platforms, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and Platform Access

You may create an account to access training modules and track completion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time.

Rules of Use

Users agree:
• Not to attempt unauthorized access to any system.
• Not to disrupt security or platform operations.
• Not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Ownership of Content

All original training materials, videos, assessments, and tools are owned by CompetentSee, LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any content without written permission.

Use of CPT

CPT content is copyrighted and licensed by the American Medical Association.

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) publications, manuals, edits, and fee schedules referenced within the Platforms are public domain U.S. government works. CMS does not endorse CompetentSee or any educational interpretations. Users must verify all coding and billing requirements with current CMS regulations, NCCI edits, LCDs, NCDs, and payer policies.

Educational Purpose Only

All materials on the Platforms are for general education. They do not constitute medical, legal, or compliance advice. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CompetentSee, LLC for claims arising from your misuse of the Platforms or violation of these Terms.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platforms.

Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by Utah law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing [email protected].
